I'm an Islander without the dark complexion. How does one exist, you may ask... "ask my mother", I would say.
I act, I sing, I dance - I'm an artist and most importantly have recently become a proud father. My son Brady came into our world at 2:53 on the morning of July 8, 2006, weighing in at 6 lbs. 11 oz. My wife and I are now going through the motions of constant adjustments, but are loving every minute knowing our little home has become a family of three (four, counting our dog, Mini).
A little more about me: I lived on one of the bigger, more civilized islands in the Philippines, so dogs never fell on my plate at dinner time and I never wore loincloths (or did I?). I ate with my hands during certain points in my life - some think this strange, but do ask yourself... how do you eat a hamburger? I thank my Dad for my height, my mother for my skin and Jim Henson for my first words of English.
I landed in the US of A in 1985 and spent a good part of teen and adult years in the East Bay of Northern Cali. I had the acting bug when I was 6, but didn't do anything major until I was 22. The dancing was merely a source of entertainment for the family at a very young age and soon, my ballerina of an older sister championed my legs and ability to point my toes. She later got me on stage to dance (jazz, modern and ballet). I consider both acting and dancing work, but if there's anything I can feel totally and utterly relaxed with, its my art. It's a language, my religion and a way of life. Everything can be expressed in a piece of artwork. I can use happiness to illustrate anger or love to draw out sorrow. I can paint it any color, but have it translate in the same respect if it were in the realm of black and white. Whether I see my subject in front of me or within my my mind's creation - it's on paper almost immediately.
I live in Santa Monica - well, about 2 blocks shy of Santa Monica - with my darling of a wife, my son and our little Pughuahua (Chihuahua/Pug mix). Been in L.A. for almost 5 years and I am happier than I can possibly be. I plan on seeking out what other possibilities Los Angeles has to offer and I can't wait to see the result of what may come.

That's it for now... I'll be sure to write more.
