About Me

Hi
Thanks for checking out my music site!
After much delay and tribulation, I’ve decided that it’s time to record. I’m gonna do it all on my own. A friend or two may contribute here or there on a track or two, but other than that, It’ll be me singing, playing guitars and drums and keys.
No fancy production values, forget about it. My two debut albums will be loud and fun and simple and direct. and, oh yeah, quirky, hehe very quirky! ;)
The two debut CDs will be titled: "High String Numbers" and "Deluxe Pullout".
I have tons of song ideas, dozens of notebooks of lyrical ideas, lots of rough draft songs like the ones i posted above in my music player, all the music gear i need to create the songs, and frankly, the skills and abilities to create the music and produce it in a way that i want it to sound. sounds like a plan, right? but my main challenge is finding the time and energy to record my songs the way i hear them in my head, and it’s not easy. I work really hard at my job, and i like my job, so i am figuring out creative ways to live my life and still pursue my dream. It’s the equivalent of basically working two jobs; one to pay the bills, and the other to live life the way i’ve always felt i should live. The only solution i can think of is sleeping less hours per day! hehe So be it. Thanks for taking the time to read about me and my music, and my life. It’s a work in progress...
I’m optimistic my music will be out soon. Real soon... I need to get back to work, so if you message me and i take a while to answer back to you, don’t take offense. I’m working my a** off. Be good and be well!
Thanks!
Mike
