The band was formed early 2007 by two good old friends. Micke Grann and Tom Gribby. They first played together early 1978 in a band called De-A-re. In late 1978 at a gig by legendary Swedish punk band Ebba Gr..n they formed a band called Back street commandos with members from Fragma, a local punk group, from their hometown Norrt..lje. Soon they changed their name to Warpigs.Warpigs recorded two songs for the compilation album "Drag utan droger vol1" and also did a session for swedish television that never went on air. After several gigs they split up in 1980. In 1982 Micke and Tom started the band Hollywood boys. Inspired by New york dolls, Hollywood Brats, The Boys and Generation X. Hollywood boys recorded a demo in Radio Stockholm studio. Two of the songs are find at Hollywood boys myspace. When Hollywood boys split up Tom joined a band called The Students. They recorded a great power pop 7" single. Micke had a break for some years. It wasn't untill 1987 he formed a new band,Hangover. They played sleazy rock'n'roll with a touch of 70's hard rock. Hangover recorded a 4 track demo before they split up late 1987. Tom went on writing songs in different projects and Micke started a record shop. They didn't see each other for a very long time but in 2006 they run into each other at a shopping mall and that was the beginning of The Lazy dogs. As soon as they have recorded some songs it will be added on this site for download, so please check this site regulary for updats.
