I Matinèe sono la tribute band ufficiale italiana dei Franz Ferdinand, titolo datogli dalla stessa band che ha voluto conoscerli ed ospitarli per un'intera giornata nel backstage del Traffic Festival a Torino. Dopo un lungo processo di maturazione e varie date in alcuni dei club più in vista del centro Italia, i Matinée stanno lavorando alla produzione del loro primo EP dal titolo "The Modern EPness" di cui potete ascoltare alcuni brani in questa pagina e presto saranno impegnati per le riprese di un videoclip professionale per conto di Load Up Communication...Cosa si aspettano dal futuro? Beh, la risposta semplice: Rock'n'Roll e niente più ;)
Matinee are the official tribute band for Franz Ferdinand.
The Scottish band wanted to give them the chance to be with
their wannabees on a sunny afternoon in the Turin Traffic
festival last july 2006. Now the band is going to release
their first E.P. called "The Modern EPness", after a long
process of songwriting and a massive italian tour in some of
the biggest venues of the country. Moreover they have just
finished their first Video with the help from the promotion
agency load Up Commuincation. What are they expecting from
the future? Easy, just Rock and Roll!!!
