Mechanical Cats formed in 1703 B.C. in a remote region on the planet Mars called Sector 7, also known as the Cloud City. Growing up in the slums of the 4th Quadrant, producer, Chavez, and vocalist, Ashley, were at the heart of Sector 7 's underground electronic scene. When they met at a dance club and got to talking, they realized that they could do something Mars had never seen before, and they quickly formed the duo, Mechanical Cats. Mechanical Cats sky-rocketed to the top of the charts in every Sector on Mars, and have remained the top-selling, and most renowned, electronica group on the planet. They have just come to Earth to share their debut English album, "Chemical Obsession," and are already working on their second album.
