AlgoRhythm of DecaDance is a 2-piece project from the North-East part of Czech Republic which plays an alternative, melancholic trip-hop with emocore, dark ambient industrial, drum'n'bass, and ethno parts in this line-up: Lucka B. - vocals, lyrics... Fido - guitars, samples & programming, vocals, lyrics... + special guests: Viki - live drums... Lucka Š. - lyrics... AoD was found in 2003 as a pure instrumental one man project of Fido, who tried to mix computer sounds and noises with harder or emotional guitar riffs and keyboard melodies by sampling and programming... Some vocalists tried to join the band from the beginning of 2007 but there wasn't any good co-operation with all of them till March 2008, when Lucka B. joined the band as a vocalist... Also Viki started to cooperate with the band as a live drummer and Lucka Š. as an ocassional lyrics writer... A difference between AoD and the most of other trip-hop bands with vocalist is they don't want to sound as other ones, so they sing in Czech language, not in English... These lyrics fully correspond with dark atmosphere of music... AoD tries to break some clichés by its production... These clichés are about "dance" and "rock" music, which are uncombinable and on oposite corners of music spectrum for some people... AoD tries to show that this fusion is functional without any "syntetic" or "unfitting" sound... AoD - it's a rhythm, dance, darkness, and decadence...
