I am here for Networking

About Me

This is a profile connected with nativecelebs.com. The point here is to collect as many Native American actors, musicians and models as possible, to make a list of celebrities and upcoming performers for people to browse - and add them as friends, so they get more friends and more exposure (that's how Myspace works, the more friends, the more popular you appear).
Please, only send friend requests if you're Native American and a model, actor or musician. I'll also list those seriously pursuing one of these professions.
I will no longer approve friends who don't write that they're an actor, model or musician on their profiles. If you are a performer and have a personal profile - either write on it that you're a performer, or even better, make a new one for promoting yourself as a performer in addition to your personal profile (A personal profile is not a good promotional vehicle). So if I turn down your friend request and you are a performer - sorry, please send me a message and explain - after you've put the information on the profile you want me to add. I will also no longer approve private profiles. Seriously, I approve maybe one in five or ten!
Also, no fake profiles. Any fake profiles I discover will be deleted from the friends list. I have sent requests to some fan created profiles, where it's the only profile, and very clear that it's fan created. I've always been fairly strict with overly sexy profiles. I refuse friend requests every day, and sometimes get nasty responses. Understand that I'm not doing this in order to get as many "friends" as possible. I'm doing this as a list of industry people.
I've just started updating NativeCelebs.com again today (February 5th, 2007). If you've got official sites or something you want done, please let me know. Also please send your friends in the biz here for friend requests.
Note, there are other myspace profiles including the trademark nativecelebs. That's trademark infringement, and it's got nothing to do with nativecelebs.com. Also, this isn't my personal profile. It's more like a project profile. I won't be commenting all that much, even when I should (thanks for add, and so on).
Quite a few have asked to be added as friends who are not Native American, or not currently promoting an entertainment career. Unfortunately I won't be able to add them to this profile. But comments are open for anyone, so if you've got something to say, don't be shy (pre-moderated). I got Morten started with a profile for non-performers (that means you filmmakers etc!) and fans, so please go over there and add yourself as a friend if you're a fan of Native Celebs . If I deny your friend request, you'll normally get a friend request from Morten within a day or two.
I'll cycle the songs on the profile, switching whenever I hear something I like from a Native performer. And I'll cycle the top friends. Right now the male actors (and some aspiring) are at the top.For photographers, filmmakers, talent and casting agencies and other creative disciplines in film, add your myspace/websites here instead (and on Morten's profile). There's also a Myspace profile (not run by NativeCelebs) that lists Native musicians .
