Ray, as he's affectionately called,
often refers to his team as family members and no matter whom he's talking to you're bound to see a smile on his face
and eventually hear his infectious chuckle.
A dedicated father and harder worker,
Ray started Laff Out Loud, INC out of his love of comedy
and the lack of family friendly events.
Ray used his passion and charismatic personality
to partner with community centers and
host small talent showcases to engage the community's youth.
Nine years later with unshakeable faith,
ambition, a solid network of family, friends,
and associates, he's parlayed 15 celebrated years of military and
civil service experience into Laff Out Loud, INC.
Laff Out Loud, INC now boasts a faithful following
of over 5,000 people
in Philadelphia and surrounding Tri-State area.
With our growing network Laff Out Loud, INC is going national!
Ray uses the model: Together each achieves more to foster the professional growth and development
of his family/team members.
Along with incorporating Each one Teach one,Leadership is as much about learning as it is teaching
Ray's passion extends beyond the world of entertainment.
