Hello and welcome to my page! My name is CJ Burney and I am a comedian from Baltimore,Md. I have been doing comedy for about almost 2 years now and I can honestly say that I am having fun doing this! I would never think in 1,000 years that i would be doing stand up comedy, but being influenced by family and friends, here i am! I started doing comedy in april of 2006. I was new to myspace and I came in touch with a lady by the name of Rebecca goods and she was the manager of a comedian by the name of Russell Parham and she the connected me with another comic by the name of Rickey Shackleford and Rickey was putting on monthly shows at the holiday Inn in Glenn Bernie, Md. At first it was rough and the laughs did not come right away, but the more i worked at it, the more laughs i started to get. I have always love the art of stand up comedy and always thought about trying it until now.Since then i have blessed many stages and Hav e been blessed to make people laugh. I have always believed that making people laugh is a gift from god! And he has blessed me so much that im making people feel good when they leave shows.I graduated from Walbrook Senior High school in 1993 located in Baltimore,Md, "IT'S THE BROOK BABY".
