Delta plan was formed during the summer of 1995 and consists of 4 members . Delta plan's prehistory for 2 of the members consists of studying at a experimental musiccollege,while for the other 2 members the great interest lays in electronic music and 2 and 3 dimensional images. Delta plan's musical goal is to explore varied expressionforms starting with new technological tools in order to create a harmony with sound and image. Delta plan has developed an interest in electronic music in its most experimental and danceable form,by which means they try to create all sorts of atmospheres.
