Precursor of new genres and tendencies Alfredo Musarella is born in May 67, years when the music evolved toward the beginning of a new time. Child funky, soul and jazz, he moves the first steps inside at the Disco Empire in the years 80, a real "accademia catanese" of dance music. Here he strongly left indelible traces of an eclectic style, turned to a melodic and innovative sound. His activity takes back in the second half of the years 90, when he moved to Paris for different and realizes the first compilation S.HONORE. Then he works to some musical selection of various parades of fashion, between the most important there is the staircase of Caltagirone. He founds the "LAVA STUDIO", at the slopes of the Etna where he turn to the experimental music, realizing jobs for theatrical shows, music for short films, some sonorous columns, and varied remix exclusively for his sets, collaborating with different dj and musicians: Stefano D’ Andrea, Sergio Matina, Fonte, Demegni and others. Always collector of vinyls of great rarity, Alfredo has contributed to the development of the club culture in Sicily, putting always the "music" at the first place on his life. In the last years he has worked in the best clubs of the ionic coast: the Clone Zone 1999/01, the Marabù 2001/03, Café del Mar 2001/03, Bed Café 2003/05, Le Musik Club 2006. Out of the Italian borders he has played in the Batofar and the Carg Marvelle in Paris and in the "Km 5" of Ibiza. Since the 2006 he worked together with Andrea Cavallaro to the realization of an ambitious project called MUSICULTURE, with the planning of different events turned to the new tendency club. Proposing the new-sound of American importation (Chicago). Sounds deep and funky revisited in a modern way. In 2007 with Sergio Matina he has given life to a project that sees them working together with the name of “Chic guys†with which they have published "House feeling" and "Alternatives jazz lounge" (Musarella-Matina-Demengni).Precursore di nuovi generi e tendenze Alfredo Musarella nasce nel maggio del 67, anni in cui la musica si evolveva verso l 'inizio di una nuova era. Figlio del funky, del soul e del jazz, muove i primi passi all'interno dell'Empire degli anni 80, una vera e propria "accademia catanese" di musica dance, dove lasci.. indelebili tracce di uno stile fortemente eclettico, rivolto ad un sound melodico ed innovativo. L'attivit.. riprende nella seconda met.. degli anni 90, quando si trasferisce a Parigi per diversi periodi e realizza la prima compilation S.HONORE. Successivamente cura la selezione musicale di varie sfilate di moda, tra le pi.. note la scala di Caltagirone. Fonda il "LAVA STUDIO", alle pendici dell'etna dove si dedica alla musica sperimentale, realizzando lavori per spettacoli teatrali, musiche per cortometraggi, alcune colonne sonore, oltre a svariati remix esclusivamente per i suoi set, collaborando con i dj e musicisti, quali Stefano D'andrea, Sergio Matina, Fonte, Demegni ed altri ancora. Da sempre collezionista di vinili di grande rarit.., Alfredo ha contribuito allo sviluppo della club culture in sicilia, mettendo sempre la "musica" al primo posto. Negli ultimi anni .. stato resident nei migliori club della costa ionica: Clone Zoone 1999/01, Marab.. 2001/03, Caf.. de Mar 2001/03, Bed Caf.. 2003/05, Le Musik Club 2006. Fuori dai confini italiani ha suonato al Batofar ed al Carg de Marvelle di Parigi ed al "Km 5" di Ibiza. Dal 2006 .. impegnato insieme ad Andrea Cavallaro alla realizzazione dell'ambizioso progetto MUSICULTURE, con la programmazione di eventi rivolti alla nuova tendenza club. Proponendo il new-sound d'importazione americana (Chicago). Suoni deep e funky rivisitati in chiave moderna. Nel 2007 con Sergio Matina ha dato vita ad un progetto che li vede sotto il nome di Chic guys con cui hanno publicato "House feeling" ed "Alternative jazz lounge" (Musarella-Matina-Demengni).
