Yahya

I'm new to myspace.com and actually never considered joining until I continued seeing people I hadn't seen in eons so there will not be any bells and whistles... or at least not at the moment... Some know me as Yahya others as John - some knew me as a braniac or a thug (maybe both, whatever works) and to the newly intiated, a real estate broker and developer... I'm an East Coast guy - from NC and currently residing in VA... happily married to a hot 4' 11"... have a cat we call BJ (short for beetlejuice)... just bought a home a year ago and have yet to "move in"... for work, as I mentioned, I'm a land broker and developer with an Eastern Virginia outfit... Yes, as most Hampton Roads residents are, I'm a veteran from the US Navy... served 8.5 years and loved it so much I got out - don't get me wrong I love my country and service but had to move on for Yahya... I'm an information junkie... life's great!... or at least I love my life... I live my life with and by my passion - there's no other way to operate...I love travelling, have visited Tunis, Tunisia (N. Africa), Rejika and Split, Croatia - Barcelona and Rota, Spain - Paris and Toulon, France - Rome, Italy - Malta, Valetta - Siragusa, Sicily - Antalya, Turkey... my wife and I are going to Conakry, Guinea (W. Africa)for 2 weeks and Paris then train to Amsterdam for a few days in March. I'm trully looking forward to it!Truly an advocate of civic and political engagement... active member of serveral civic groups where I either Chair or have board posisitions to affect policy change in our community and aborad. It's unfortunate that so few of us (young adults period) are engaged in the political process or vote at all... for the record, I'm a registered liberatarian and yes I support Sen. Obama... To sum it all up, I'm not an average guy, not an above average guy (maybe)- I'M JUST YAHYA...
