Welcome to my page. I'm Jason Blaze. I've been playing drums my entire life (since the age of two.) I'm very opened minded and diversified and energetic. I like most types of music. Heavy metal, Blues, And classical music. I feel music soothes the soul and gives the mind a sense of adventure. But I prefer to play Heavy Metal Music. That's where my adventure starts. I'll try to stick to the basics here!!. I play on a ten piece double bass drum kit, custom made by Sunlite drums. I was their first customer in the history of their company to order a custom made drum kit from them. They have a kick ass sound, with six rack toms, two floor toms. two 24 inch bass drums and a 14 inch snare. The bass drums sound like thunder. I call it!! The white beast!. They are the best drums I have ever played on. I use Vic Firth Sticks. And My drumheads are by Remo. And my cymbals are by Sabian. I also use Pearl hardware stands and bass pedals. Simply the best. That sure sounds like alot of eqipment doesen't it? I'm also very advanced in playing guitar and bass Guitar. But I prefer Playing the drums. That's where I come alive! Heavy Metal music is like going on an adventure. you'll never know where it will take you. And that's where the adventure starts. I call it!! Into the unknown. Its nice to see musicians such as myself, reaching for their dreams and goals on what they want to do in life. That's what music and life should be all about. It's the sound of perseverance. And always tell yourself you can achieve anything if you believe. Never giving up. And never settling for less. I'm an easy going person I'm open minded regarding other peoples opinions. I like meeting new people and hearing their thoughts and opinions about music and their instruments. And the fun part is learning from other musicians and seeing what they do and how they play as well. Its a rewarding experience and I never get board with it. You are never too old to learn something new. I believe anyone can do what I do and get what they want out of life. I wouldent want my life any other way. Its the challenge, determination and experience that keeps me playing drums. I also like Writing music and lyrics. It keeps me motivated with drive all the time. Ideas of the mind will flow with the intensions of the heart and your creativity will follow. Lyrics is also a great way to communicate with people. And being optimistic is a good way to discipline yourself. This is my optimistic statement. In order for anyone to get where they wanna be in life it takes lots of practice and strength. And it takes alot of skill and hard work and stamina. And most important of all the magic word is? Patients. The more you practice the better you will become and the better you will feel about yourself in the long run. Practice is a good way to condition yourself. Train of thought. Always follow your heart. because that's where your dreams will be waiting. And dreams don't happen by accedent. Never give up hope. I didn't. You can do the same. Reach out and grab it. And keep reaching for the stars and never look back. The message is this!! There is only one simple rule that I think applies to everyone. And that one rule is always put one foot in front of the other with each day. And take it one small step at a time toward success. Take it one day at a time. Life has its ups and downs. But never failure. It's all about winning and enjoying the passion of music. And to me? music is life. I also believe that musical talent is a gift. A timeless gift. Use that talent with pride and respect to yourself. Because there are some people who dont have that gift. Be creative with your talent. Think of playing your instrument as an art!! That's the whole adventure of it all. You'll never know what kind of picture will come out after you paint it. Wherever you are at in life? Musical inspiration is another good tool to have and to use. Think positive as much as possible. And try to think with an opened mind. And always remember to follow your dreams. You Will never know Where they will take you next in life. Because Life is full Of suprises. Good and bad. If you just keep your feet on the ground And think with a positive attitude anything is possible. Because the posibillities are endless if you stick to your guns. Just roll with it. What you put into your music is what you will get out of it. Always follow your heart Because your heart will never let you down. You only have one mind and one heart. Use it!. Let your passion burn inside you with good inentions. Metal music will live on wherever we may be in life. Play your music loud and proud. Be true to yourself. Enjoy it while you can and forever more. Because adventures of the heart will bring you happiness and a sound mind. Because there is no room for negativity. And life is too short. Imagine what great things you can do in a whole lifetime!. This is only the beginning of something wonderful. A great adventure. The gift of talent. Because feeling good about what you do in life is the key. And that one life is all we get. The more that you are creative with your talent!! The better you will become. And the easier things will get and the more knowledge and experience you will have to share with other musicians about music. Your talent is A gift. Use it with strength and share it with others.
