motivesounds recordings is an independent label, aiming to promote original, alternative music, and develop a roster of bands/musicians, who, with fresh outlooks are making a truly significant contribution. Also, by promoting up and coming designers, we aim to establish a network of independent thinkers, whilst creating a dual platform on which cover design and music co-exist, and are intrinsically linked.

If you want us to have a listen to your music, send us a message rather than a comment please. At the moment we're spending every free minute listening to myspace pages and replying to messages so please be patient.
We ask that you don't message us because we are a 'record label' but that you have something genuine which you think we would like. We love listening to everything we get sent but we don't see the point in punk cover band or whatever, asking us for a 'deal'. Sorry if this seems harsh.We have recently turned off html due to the increasing volume (and, apparently, size of banners and posters. It was slowing our page, and obscuring comments left by others. So from now on, a mastery of more traditional languages will be required.

Please don't e-mail us with mp3's or links to downloads as inbox's are full as it is with viagra e-mails and any mp3's will just get lost on our computers.
