you're the most colorful thing that i've seen

About Me

i could bombard you with a number of pretty good adjectives to give you an idea of what i'm like:

    down-to-earth... intelligent ... creative...
    playful... witty... likable...
    ebullient... artistic... athletic...

that all sounds good, right? i guess what i want you to know is that so far, i haven't bitten the head off of someone who wanted to say hello. that's a pretty good track record. so take a chance. if you like what you see, say hi.

over the ages, i've had a number of nicknames:

kyle calls me finn.
coach calls me x.
ian calls me monkey.
jayce calls me webster.
kevin calls me bam bam.
sam calls me by my middle name, joss.

i like the fact that when you get to know someone, bonds like this exist to distinguish those bonds from any other. it's like taking a shovel and digging your way into someone's heart.

Some of my fave commercials:

My Interests

lots of things: seeing a movie. seeing a band. reading a book. road trips. working out. knocking back a beer at a pub. sitting in the park with friends. scouring through entertainment weekly the minute it arrives in the mail. being outdoors. maybe even watching sports! all that stuff.

I'd like to meet:

i prefer the company of people who have somewhat of a variety in life. someone who is comfortable doing all sorts of things. doing the same old, same old week in and week out gets boring (skydiving again?!?), so ideally, i want to meet people who aren't afraid to try different things, get their hands dirty. if you can make me laugh or be enough a lovable dork to be endearing, that's a plus.
