The Sundowners

Every second Friday of the month at Mr. T’s Bowl!

About Me

MyGen Profile Generator The Sundowners are a Southern California Band, born and bred. With a heavy psychedelic, spiritual blues sound. This is not a contrived sound for the masses, it's 100% organic and is designed to open the mind. There are a lot of acts out there, yes, but only a few bands. What this means is three guys and a lady who play together and off of each other. Now I know this sounds sexual, but, well...I guess it sort of is. This kind of heavy love is hard to mistake! With their debut double album, "Songs from the Big Green Bubble" The Sundowners have single-handedly produced something both familiar and unique. When you see this band live, you will hear improvisations to the likes of your favorite psychdelic, jazz, blues fusion groups. They don't cater to any particular audience, just those interested in good rock and roll from every era. This form of music is still in it's infancy, and The Sundowners understand that there is still so much more room to explore! The Sundowners perform live at Mr. T's Bowl in Highland Park, Los Angeles, CA every second Friday of every month. So come see... And we book all the bands those nights... So, if your in a band, come play!
Our first full-length, self-produced double album "Songs From The Big Green Bubble" is now available at CDBaby!!!
