My name is Gavin.... nicked Ezzviah, named after my Ducati motorcycle... (which I actually sold)
Somewhere in 1986 an old guy handed me a pair of drumsticks... On a wooden plate covered with some rubber he learned me some basics of how to hit a snaredrum. From that moment on I never left those damm sticks. After some college bands I joined Callenish Circle in 1994. I did some other bands meanwhile from blues, rock to serious metal. With Callenish Circle we did some pretty cool things; 5 albums, played all over Europe and even ended up doing a tour in Mexico. Unfortunately, we decided to quit... Why? Just check www.callenish-circle.comAnyway, quit one thing brings opportunities to start something new. And yes, with former CC-member Ron and Concubine bassplayer Joost Peeters we're working on some new stuff... Expect some heavy riffing and cool grooves in the near future!Last year I spend quite some hours building this little recording studio in my basement (see pics-section). Well, I'm still learning a lot of how to record and produce some decent music but it's really cool. As soon as I think it's good enough I'll share it with you guys!Btw.. I recently bought me a bass guitar... So I'm fullfilling a long desired wish to play bass.Oh, before I forget... some cool people helped me out with my gear: I play Adams 8000 drums and use Balbex drumsticks .
