My name is Maurice Brouwers, born 22nd of January 1977 in Sittard, I've been playing the bass guitar since I was 17 years old.
Over the years I've been involved with the following bands and projects:
Angels Decay ('00-'04), Callenish Circle ('05), Elleanore ('06-'07), Marcel Coenen ('05-'06), Purgatory ('05-'06), Shade ('98-'02), SnowBlind ('99-'00), Stench of Death ('04-'06), Terpentine ('97-'00), The New Order ('08), Triple 7 ('02-'04) and Vaultage ('04).
Currently I'm playing in three bands:
Engine of Pain is a thrash metal band I founded with Patrick and Joep in 2003. We recorded a MCDemo in February 2004 titled Here is the Pain! And in 2006 we recorded a full lenght album called I Am Your Enemy, which was released worldwide by Lion Music on 26th of January 2007.
After immigration of our vocalist, we made a musical change to heavy metal and recorded a 2 track promo in december 2007.
But in 2009 we're back to our roots and are writing old school thrash metal songs again. We're planning to record some songs in the near future!

Defcon One , a death metal band founded in 1998. I joined the band in 2008. The band recorded two demo's, in 2000 and 2002. We will enter the studio to record an full lenght album in May 2009.
