SubterFuge formed in February 2006, it was set up to create a platform and provide an audience for emerging performance & sound/improvisation artists.
We have produced events throughout 2006-07, attracting interest from emerging & established artists from all over the U.K and internationally to perform...The basis of bringing artists to Manchester/Salford, to exchange knowledge and to create networks with artists in other cities around the U.K.
SubterFuge continues as an arts event in Manchester, now housed in ISLINGTON MILL, organising a programme of events over the next six months and collaborating with other arts organisations, incorporating Burlesque... An interesting programme for the autumn proceeds upon us.....
