Musicians for Mobility is a community of musicians invested in finding a cure for Arthritis. We have a goal of raising $50,000 as a team that walks in the Battery Park Arthritis Walk on April 27th. We will be providing musical entertainment for the walk, and getting involved with the Arthritis Foundation to raise money and awareness around finding a cure. Proceeds go to the Arthritis Foundation to find a cure for and educating the public about the disease that affects 1 out of every 5 people. The inagural performance was at Crash Mansion in 2007 and included a lineup of fantastic New York-based artists like Tina Shafer , Casey Shea , Wil Deynes , Trevor Exter , Yarn , Cheryl B. Engelhardt , Derek James, Natalie Gelman , The Josh Dion Band ! Please feel free to e-mail [email protected] to participate this year, in any way! More info on our participation to come...Thanks for the incredible enthusiasm, energy and willingness to participate right from the creation of this project. Many thanks now, and many to come!
