For a zillion years, I have had the unique ability to deliver a serious message through laughter to millions of Americans via videos, personal appearances, daytime and late night television appearances, infomercials and books.Because of this, I have become the nation's most revered fitness expert!I was born and raised in New Orleans, I had my own weight problem before moving to Los Angeles in 1973. There was no fitness movement in this country at the time, and to no avail, I attempted to find a health club that wasn't for people in shape.

Lovely day

Such a lovely lovely day today, i think i shall take a walk through the woods and explore or maybe ill just skip through the malls today. I need some more shorts.
