I'm a justice junky.I'm a BIG fan of laws, upholding them, and long walks on the beach.This summer I took to wearing vests. It's about as fresh as you can get in the hot summer months without taking your top off. Indeed I used vest wearing as a stepping stone to being topless in public. It was somewhat like an emotional crutch. I believe more people should embrace vests. Why do they have to remain the domain of the young and physically fit?
