About Me

I gave up teaching to write full-time, which has yielded two novels and five short stories thus far.

My Interests

Can a robot have a soul? Read and draw your own conclusions:http://www.fanstory.com/displaystory.jsp?id=4435 6

I'd like to meet:

Readers of Science Fiction and Fantasy! Agents and publishers wouldn't hurt either :)

Music:

I'm hooked on the Dresden Dolls (cabaret/rock opera). I love all kinds of music, especially anything that is truly inventive and mood inducing. . . . Tori Amos' new single "Sleeps with Butterflies" now playinghttp://www2.fanscape.com/toriamos/bee/audio/sleep.asx

Movies:

LOTR, The Dark Crystal, Moulin Rouge, Hero, The Matrix, Spiderman--All shows fantastic, adventurous, and poignant.

Television:

Buffy, Angel, Northern Exposure, Witchunter Robin, Wolf Rain, Ally McBeal (must put out DVDs!), Witchblade (again, must put out DVDs!), 70's Show, and other amusing distractions, such as, ATHF and Futurama.

Books:

My favorite authors are Ray Bradbury, Charles De Lint, and Isaac Asimov. Currently, I'm reading Tinker, Left Hand of Darkness, and The Spiritual Universe: How Quantum Physics Proves the Existence of the Soul.

Heroes:

We are all heroes in our own stories.
