Music inspires me and I like dancing. Film soundtracks, musicals (Hair is my favourite), Rock n roll, all swing and big band, jazz, twist, Cuban, Northern Soul, Motown, Beatnik, old disco, boogie woogie, country, classical, the weird and wonderful- crazy one hit wonders. I collect vynal with crazy covers. I like easy listening and outrageous cover versions of classic tracks.Anything from the 20s to the 70s mainly.
All films are good in their own way. Some favourites are: All Billy Wilder - The Apartment, Sunset Boulevard, Some Like It Hot. Scorcese - Taxi Driver, Goodfellas, Casino. To hell with it here's just a random list: Gladiator, Godfather 1 and 2, Tootsie, Dog Day Afternoon, Scarface, Terminator, Alien, Aliens, It's A Mad Mad Mad Mad World, The Day The Earth Caught Fire, Heaven Can Wait,Wizard Of Oz, Lord Of The Rings, The Odd Couple, Marx Brothers, Laurel and Hardy, all Ealing Studios films especially The Lady Killers, Lavender Hill Mob, Passport to Pimlico, Kind Hearts and Cornonets, Fat City, all Woody Allen films, all British 'kitchen sink dramas of the 1960s - especially Billy Liar, A Kind of Loving, Saturday Night Sunday Morning.
