HEY. CHECK IT. DID YOU HEAR ABOUT RAY? Ray Kozlowski was a dude who kicked it around NW Indiana in the mid 90's. He was completely focused on hammering gravity bongs and working over hot high school girls . This is a story about the human heart in conflict with itself and its surroundings. It's a reminder to every REGIONRAT of how we once survived, and others choked on the grit, in a weird concrete world of creepy smokestakes, liquor store litter, and infinite road construction. STRAIGHT DOPE ON LASKOWSKI My name's Richard Laskowski . I was born September 29, 1975, in Chicago, Illinois. I'm a writer of contemporary urban realism with no academic literary influence . I wrote a book called REGIONRAT (published by Six Gallery Press in 2003), based on the true story of a tragic death that tore apart a group of NW Indiana friends and the grief and blame that turned them into lifetime enemies.
