He inspired me too not be a statistic like 90 percent of my friends wound up being. The things that my mother taught me were driven home to me through Walter Payton. Outside my Mother & Father he was my hero, and still is. I still believe in the motto, "NEVER DIE EASY". Thank You Walter I miss you very much...R.I.P. Sweetness.
