First and formost I am singersongwriter and founder of Street Cred magazine which I launched when I was seventeen. 10 years later it has become one of the UK's top magazines with a readership of millions. I also run Street Cred UK Records and Management which helps new talent to break into the industry. I do promotions like corporate events as well as club nights. As an artist, my single In Love Again is signed to MIRAW, the UK's leading House And Garage bassline label, all my life i have been entertaining huge crowds. When i was 9 ears old I tourd the country with a family roadshow called Hi Bri, where I mimicked acts such as Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Tina Turner lol I really enjoyed that as a youth as it kept me well occupied and some of the venues where i performed like Drayton Manor and American theme park, I was able to get free rides lol. When I turned 15 I realised that I had my own voice and I didnt want to mimick stars anymore, I wanted to become myself so I started writing and producing songs and eventually releasing music off my own label. When I turned 17 I also realised that there was no media like radio or tv to opromote my music so my mum helped me start Street Cred magazine, initially it was done to promote me as an artist, but so many other people faced the barriers I did, the magazine became a platform for other unsigned talent. Doing Street Cred has been the most amazing journey, I have been able to meet some of the biggest stars in the entertainment industry such as Beyonce Iman Richard Branson P Diddy Christina Aguelera, Usher as well as interview them in the magazine. ,Street Cred with the help of Proline and Cleveland Harrus brought Destiny's Child to Birmingham in 98 to meet the community, that was one hell of an achievement for me. I won best media newcomer at the Emma awards in 1999 and I have been Birminghams most featured person on Carlton's Central News, you may have seen me on Trouble TV's Talk To the Hand and know me for my promo single Splendid which was no 1 in the Dreem Teem garage chart on Radio 1, my video Barbershops has been on Channel U as well as my new single In Love Again. I launched my magazine as well as my music in America in 2006 and that was phenomenal response. Recently Street Cred has its own Jewellry range to be released by a massive manufacturer, I am the face of Aston Villa's Kick Racism out of Fooball campaign and we are also launching the Street Cred radio show which will be the talk of 2008 and beyond. Expect Street Cred UK and overseeas tours next year where you will see myself performing with some of the best acts in the entertainment business. I am really exited to be working on my movie Beautiful Karma scheleduled for 2008 release, keep a close eye on that!!! There is so much to talk about, but I really would be here all day. lol I hope this gives you an Idea of what I am about I just want to thank my mother who has been a great shoulder of support throughout my carreer I am her only child and she has raised me as a single parent for that I cant thank her enough for what she has done, its been a fuff ride but things are looking up.
