Black Pathology is the end result in many different attempts at getting a solid, personal project going. Obscur Pathologie was the name when I first started it after killing my other project:Festercyst (I was going for a foreign sounding name.) So Fuck it, right? Festercyst is going to remain a different project. Maybe some old songs will be used to fill space for the demo that's coming up. If anyone is interested in Festercyst still, read the blog I have posted about Festercyst releases. Make sure to check out Vomit Bakery Records as well. This project is a Goregrind/Death Metal project with melodic elements. The Vocals are comprised of pitch-shifted throat noise, unpitch-shifted throat noise, screams, gutterals, growls, etc.
The purpose of Black Pathology is to examine different subject material in regards to pathology. The subject material ranges from the history of dissection and anatomy, to medical cannibalism, to genetic dysmorphia, and on and on... This project is really for the most part creative therapy for me.
I have a man at the drums finally. His name is Mike. He is, and has been, involved in many different projects and bands throughout the central Phoenix and Peoria areas. We are writing for new songs now for the full length to be released after the demo. Details on the releases are in my blogs, so read about that shit there. I'll keep whoever is interested posted!
