My name is Bruce Wayne, better known to all of you as Batman. I was born in 1939, and inherited a fortune as a boy after my parents were killed by robbers; I dedicated myself to fighting crime and chose the guise of a bat in order to strike fear into the hearts of criminals. I lived in Gotham City and operated out of my secret crime laboratory, the Bat Cave. I've battled exotic supervillains including the Joker, Two-Face, Catwoman, and the Penguin, and was often aided by a sidekick, Robin the "Boy Wonder." Over the years I have appeared in many media and with various levels of seriousness. The 1960s live-action TV series in which i am dedicating this myspace page to, premiered January 12, 1966 on ABC. The show ran until March 24, 1968. In all, there were 120 episodes and one movie. The show starred Adam West playing yours truly Batman/Bruce Wayne, and Burt Ward as my partner in crime fighting, Robin/Dick Grayson. Wildly popular when it began, its popularity peaked and quickly faded... I hope to meet many friends here, it gets lonely in the bat cave, I'm an old man now; not to mention Alfred passed away a decade ago, and bat girl divorced me for my ex sidekick Robin... Yeah life sucks then you die, even Batman dies in the end, I'm so envious of Superman and his damn super human powers... Well, I Hope you dig this tribute to my glory days in the 60's. P.S.
