The Stone Lion Society is first and foremost a Giving Circle, with its primary beneficiary being the Chuck Pierce Memorial Scholarship at UTC. Tax deductable donations will be managed by the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga,Inc under the heading Stone Lion Fund. Fund raising will be done in three ways; first, through membership dues, second through quarterly parties and events, and lastly through group activites (like a beer tent at Riverbend). Membership in the Stone Lion Society is by invitation (if you have been accepted as a friend, you have been invited to join)and by the recommendations of existing members.
