About Me

Love will punch you in the gut. It strikes to convince us we can handle anything [if you are good at crying, you should still do it alone- no one will believe you are sirious]. No one knows what to do with you or me. You are me. ..

My Interests

Figuring into glory and the endless meanings.

I'd like to meet:

i'D like to meet kindness and patience so they may influence me.

Music:

To Our Children's Children's Children by The Moody Blues. Ileanna. Hammered dulcimer, dobro, mandolin, timpani, vibraphone, homeless people, Al Penhollow, walden, swordfighting, thrift stores, sQueezeboxes, additional lung power, roadcrews, flute and cello, Language Arts in proper use, Lighting, woodburning, sewing, the dangerous lure of girls with sparkling eyes, magnets, mechanized toys, stacked books, resin casts, Petticoats, screenprinting, submarines, cavedwellers and the moon. Treehouses intertwined with elaborate underground dwellings.

Movies:

Screenwriting. Psychological Thrillers. The Music Man turning into Jeremiah Johnson becoming Lady In The Water. Dancing lessons and tragic ends. The Brave Little Toaster, 'Unbreakable'.

Television:

The Prisoner. Mr. Rogers. Fine art, montage development, narration, steadycam agility and commercials [for the juke n' jive]. Bruce Lee as a chauffer and nothing more. Halftime spectacles. Marching Bands and Medieval Cheerleaders. Wenches and the mtv video premieres- sometimes they're supersparkley.

Books:

Thousands of them. i'D stack 'em to the ceilings if i could just to read the tidal effect of their binding. i Keep an eye out for Rick Brant's Science Adventure Series by John Blaine and a first English edition of Jules Verne's 2o,ooo Leagues Under The Sea that someone's valued incorrectly so i can afford it. If i could collect anything it would be original manuscripts- even if it was just a page at a time. i'D love to have a sample of writing from T.S. Elliot, Andrew Marvel, Sir Isaac Newton, Frost, Sandberg, Brautigan, and the entire manuscript for Steinback's East Of Eden. As for musicians, i would be ashamed by the wonder in my eyes if i got to look at Paul Simon's writing. i Think there is something peculiar about the inspiration behind his work. It's meanings never cease to unveil themselves on new levels.

Heroes:

Writers who don't think about publishing, artists in search of their souls (and the perfect purple), musicians who don't need a stage to become fulfilled and mothers who give everything to their masterpieces.
