We set out to become the premier urban dance performance and training company in the city by catering to customers who needed quality service and high energy shows that were “out of this world.â€
Under a decade ago Planet Funk performed it’s first mainstream show at the NBA World Champion playoff game’s half-time show with just under 10 performances under their belt.
Today, with over 70 employed dancers, Planet Funk has produced more than 1.300 shows, with audiences ranging from 85,000 live fans at Reliant Stadium, to six million tuned in viewers on ABC’s Good Morning America.
