Hello, my name is Donna... welcome to my page!Here is a little about me...In 1999, I graduated from De Montfort University in Leicester with a BA (HONS) in Fashion and Textile Design. In my three years of study, I undertook modules in the design and production of bodywear, swimwear, eveningwear, structured bridalwear, bra construction and style and colour prediction.After graduating, I worked as a Junior Designer for Ann Summers at their head office in Surrey. After working a year in the industry I found that there wasn't much creative freedom in the role, and that my real aspiration was to become a designer under my own label, making and selling one-off pieces.Myspace and auction sites have given me the inspiration and motivation to design and sell online and my first range will be appearing on here very shortly.As a designer, I have always been strongly influenced by music, paintings, architecture and nature. All my creations originate from a zany idea that comes into my mind, and I blend these in with upcoming trends.If you like vintage, retro, gothic, lolita, punk, rockabilly and western styles of clothing and want clothes that will make you feel and look like a rockstar ;o) then please stayed tuned to this station...Here is an R.E.M shirt that I designed, made and printed using the bands album, calendar and fanclub artwork...I wore it at an R.E.M gig back in the nineties...This is a 'RUBIX 1980 T-SHIRT' designed for the artist Robbie B (www.myspace.com/RobbieBuk).
