I am here for Dating, Friends and Networking

About Me

I live in a little apartment out by the Nashville airport. I play music for a living and most stereotypes of what that says about me are true. Somehow, though, I think I turned out all right.

My Interests

I try to read. I find it really difficult to make myself do it even though I'm always extremely pleased with the results. I play video games when something really cool comes out. I watch the same movies over and over when I'm around the house 'working'.

Music:

Peter Gabriel - Black Crowes - Del Amitri - Tonic - Bruce Dickinson - Damnwells - XTC - Cheryl Wheeler - Queen - Shawn Colvin - Subdudes - Radiators - Phil Collins - Beatles - Pantera - Tom Petty - Silverchair - In Flames - Wallflowers - Earth to Andy - Rolling Stones - Jayhawks - Killers - Wheat - Queensryche - I've had the pleasure of working with these folks: Small Town Workers - Emerson Hart - Everything - Darkest Hour - The Dirty Ninja - Tony Lopacinski - Brad Tursi - Matt Ramsey - Jeremy Lister - Carey Ott - Jessica Maros - Hurricane Doyle - Katie Herzig - Scott Miller & The Commonwealth - Nicole Witt - Carter's Chord - Emily West - Sara Beck - SteelHeart (Miljenko Matijevic)- Dennis Matkosky - Perrin Lamb - Gwil Owen - Casey Kessel - Sterling Y - Sam & Ruby - Toby Donelly - Thomas - Tristen - Josh Gracin - Kimberly Quinn - Christal Mabry - Michael Tait (dc Talk) - Kelly Archer

Movies:

I don't actually see too many movies, sadly enough. I enjoy music movies anytime- Queensryche's Operation: Mindcrime kicks ass. I've been noted before as saying that The Hudsucker Proxy and Raising Arizona were my favorite movies. Maybe that's true. The "must-owns" in my collection are Mystery Men, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Labyrinth, and The Princess Bride.

Television:

Buffy the Vampire Slayer was the best show on television. However, and I can't stress this enough- Myth Busters, Myth Busters, Myth Busters. Star Trek: The Next Generation is a modern classic. The Adventures of Pete & Pete wasn't as amazing as I remembered it... Bless the Henson company for finally releasing all the episodes of The Storyteller.

Books:

Wind, Sand, and Stars - Antoine de Saint-Exupery; The Lord of the Rings - J.R.R. Tolkien; Jitterbug Perfume - Tom Robbins; A Prayer for Owen Meany - John Irving; A Short History of Nearly Everything - Bill Bryson

Heroes:

Daniel Tashian and Eddie Izzard
