My Interests

Music:

Band Website: purevolume.com/ashember
Band Members: Jeff Mihalus - bass
Travis Howe - guitar/vocals
Jon Mardin - drums
Ben Hawes - guitar/vocals

Influences: Being artistic is the major influence, guitars, drums, keys, melodies. All the things in our lives have become influent and relevent to the music that we make. Being in the van and moving from one random place to another becomes a passion that drives us. It's not the roaring crowds we yearn for, but the smile of at least one person at each show. We buy our merch at low prices and sell it for next to nothing. We continue to strive for innovation, not only in melody, but in ethic, and values.
Bands that Influence Us:
HUM, Far, Sunny Day Real Estate, Deftones, Barkmarket, Fugazi, Elliott Smith, Weezer, Unearth, Coheed & Cambria, Auburndale, Anit-Flag, Neil Young, Converge, Saves the Day, PWEI, My Bloody Valentine, Portishead, Killswitch Engage, The Beatles, etc.
Bands we've played with (from past to current):
After Autumn (RIP), Mortise, Second Echo, Dirty On Purpose, Fatal Plague, Transgressor, Seizure Lake, 2nd System (2X), Grynkore, Seventh Echo, CamberRain (2X), Drop Dead Radar (2X), Mensrea, Sometimes 5, Blaxeed, Spiral Crush, Not Another Hero, Hi8tus, Hypnogaja, Fluwid, The Fifth Columnist, Tantrum (2X), Guerilla System, Everybody Else Wins, 2X2, Small Town Sleeper, Full Throttle, Mike and Marshall, Chyna White, The Apathy Eulogy, Aniston, Sponge, Boondah, Harlots, Kenoma, The Story Changes, Bound to Fail (2X), Teenage Bottlerocket, The Unlovables, After Eden, The Hayman Fire, The Liar Dies, A Dance with Jack Ketch, Captain of Industry.

Sounds Like: Something we had always hoped for.
Record Label: DIY
