Bedford Junction was created on September 6 2006. The band consist of the three original members of Pyrotechnic and two new members who bring a variety of styles and influences together to create a unique sound. Although the band is new the members have been entertaining for years.Travis played with several bands in Nebraska where he studied music, and over the years has fine tuned his guitar skills. His monsterous leads and plinky harmonics give the band their edge.Ben has played in several bands throughout his years in North-Carolina and has learned to create his own simple, hard-hitting sound.Steve also has brought his own style into the group. Mixing his own personal experiences and insight into his words, and with a vocal sound all its own, his raw energy on the microphone carries the band's overall emotion.Kelly has brought her musical knowledge to the group playing the bass and also creating harmonies with her voice. Steeped in piano and raised on classic rock, Kelly's bass lines give the band it's drive.Larry's catchy blues riffs, unique rythyms, and subtle slide peices on the guitar give the band a demension that makes them sound like no other. He is always creative and ready to experiment.Bedford Junction experience is a roller-coaster of sounds and emotions that will make you want to quit your day job and spend your days at 'Rock Bottom,' on the Grand River.
