Lisa Fletcher loves to sing, which is obvious when you look at her career in the music industry. She has been on many recordings as background vocals and her love is strong harmonyMiss Fletcher started singing 21 years ago, working on stage with big-name artists like Andy Williams, Henry Mancini, Lorrie Morgan, LeAnn Rimes, Mickey Gilley, Moe Bandy, Mel Tillis, Buck Trent, Jeanne Pruett, Norma Jean, Jimmy Dean, Rusty Weir, Sammi Smith, and Dean Sams from Lone Star.She is comfortable on stage and not only has a passion for the country music genre but also gospel.She has been a part of several church contemporary praise teams. In the gospel arena, she's worked on church stages with Aaron Benward, Dennis Jernigan, Larnelle Harris, and Russ Taff, The Martins, Jeff Berry, and Geron Davis. She made up one-third of Crimson who successfully placed "I Can Almost See Heaven" in a number one spot on European charts (three consecutive months)in 2002-2003. The trio dissolved shortly afterward, due to the passing of one of the members Christal Garoutte.
