After several years of playing the regional honky-tonk circuit (and frying enough brain cells to prove it!!!), I have re-focused my direction. I have decided to concentrate on my songwriting and guitar chop (it will be plural as soon as I learn my second one...).
I am now playing guitar for Chris Rivers, a Texas-based singer/songwriter/picker whose band graciously has accepted me and my 3 comotose brain cells! We are the "house band" at Gilley's in Dallas. It's a great room to work in with a world-class sound and lighting system, and EVERYONE that works there is a blast to be around! We're there Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8:00 PM (for anyone who can make it out this way!!!).
We are playing a mix of covers and originals (the YouTube video on this page is a tune that I wrote with fellow singer/songwriter Kirk Dillen), and the guys in the band are stellar players as well as folks I'm proud to call good friends.
