Adriana Simon has participated in competitive sports since she
was a teen: Soccer, volleyball, cross-country running and track and
field during Junior High, High School and first years of College
in Argentina. For the last 12 years Adriana has dedicated herself to boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing. She regularly trains and spars at a boxing gym in Costa Mesa, CA, and also competes in long distance running.
As a personal trainer, Adriana has worked for Executive Fitness, Kickblast, 24 Hour Fitness
and Bally Total Fitness. Adriana is currently working as a personal
trainer and Healthy Lifestyles Counselor at YMCA, helping members to achieve their fitness goals, encouraging them to stay motivated, enjoy their workouts and
offering unconditional support and friendship.
She has worked for the YMCA community for the last 8 years at different branches throughout Southern California. Adriana teaches a variety of group exercise classes which include cardio kickboxing,
high-low, water exercise, body sculpt, bootcamp, circuit
training, stability ball and core strength, pilates, indoor cycling,
teen and senior classes. Adriana received her B.A. degree from California State
University, Northridge and holds multiple certifications in Aerobics, Kickboxing, Personal Training, Cardio and Step, Pilates, Senior Fitness, CPR and First Aid.
