About Me

I'm a bit of a dorky kid at heart. I guess I've always been that way. Over the last 5 years or so I've started to realy like that side of myself. I also love teaching and training both Martial arts and Fitness. For Fitness I mostly use Kettlebells and for Martial Arts about 60% Thai boxing. My wifes name is Natalia and we live in Barcelona Spain. I've been doing a little soul searching the last 4 months or so hents the "I dont know who I am" over that time. I run a Martial arts/fitness studio and online store (www.bcnma.com) done both in english and spanish. I realy like talking to people from back home in Minnesota.
