"Another R&B group you might say", Silk, 112 or Jagged Edge, just to name a few. This unique group combines R&B basics of harmony and soul to produce a sound characterstic of new generation artists. As for the new dynamic trio "Ak'Sent": J-Allen, Duke and Dolie. Ak'Sent has produced selected singles such as "Love U More", "Drop it Low", and "Push Back" in 2006. Ak'Sent was formed and based in Mississippi. They had one goal in common and that was to make it to the top. As for J'Allen, being in a group wasn't expected being born of a long line of singers, but soon found that his other members(Duke and Dolie) had the same urge for R&B sensation. Ak'Sent has a unique combination of songwriting, dancing and musicianship. Whose to say what the future of R&B will bring.
