Lina Eriksson

Lina Eriksson is a Swedish songwriter and lyricist. She is part of the songwriting-team Fanclub Production together with songwriter, mix-engineer and producer Mårten Eriksson.It all started 2006 with the song "The name of love" wich was performed by Swedish singer Magnus Bäcklund in the Swedish contest for Eurovision Song Contest, and ended up on 5th place in the final, out of 32 songs competing. After that it just kept on goin'. In 2006 Lina wrote songs for several Swedish acts. Songs written by Fanclub productions as well as co-writes between Lina and other writers.In 2007 Lina had one of her songs competing in Swedish contest for ESC for the second time. The song “Kom” was performed by Jessica Andersson, and is co-written with Mårten Eriksson and Rob’n’Raz.IDOL 2007 Swedish Idol winnersong "This moment" was written by Lina Eriksson, Mårten Eriksson and Oscar Merner and became a huge hit selling dubbel platinum in no time at all.In 2008 it's Nordman that will perform the song "I lågornas sken", written by Lina and Mårten Eriksson.Besides the songwriting Lina is at the moment writing on a book called “Maskbäraren”, soon to be finished. Another book, that is to be co-written with Rasmus Lindwall (Rob’n’Raz), is also on the go.Who knows what awaits in 2007… Most important though – HAVE FUN while doin’ it! If it’s not fun, don’t bother…"I know that you think that you understood what I said, but I'm not that sure you realized that what you heard wasn't what I meant..."
