Skrappy’s has moved into a temporary new space downtown while its search for a permanent home continues. We are currently in the basement of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tucson building at 160 E. Alameda St.
The new location will accommodate Skrappy’s after school activities such as media arts, breakdancing, Capoeira, tutoring, civic engagement and computer projects, but there will be no performances in this location. Skrappy’s will be open from 3:30PM to 7PM Tuesdays to Fridays. Skrappy's boutique workshops are every other Sunday starting February 10th from 2PM to 4PM.
Skrappy’s may lease the Big Brothers facility for up to five months, depending on when a permanent location can be found and made ready. No details on a permanent space are available at this time. We will be having our Breakdancing classes and Capoeria classes scheduled as regular.
The new Skrappy's building is under construction. We will not be booking bands at this time. Thank you.

SKRAPPY'S IS A BASED ON A "DO-IT-YOURSELF" EITHIC, WHERE YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROGRAM. IT IS A PLACE TO BE HEARD, A PLACE TO GROW, A PLACE YOUNG PEOPLE GIVE EACH OTHER THE SUPPORT, ACCEPTANCE, LOVE AND FAMILY STRUCTURE THAT MAY BE MISSING IN THEIR LIVES.
