SUSANNA FIELDS released her album "All of this is really me" in march 2006 on the independent label Guilty Nature Records. Although this is her debutalbum, Susanna Fields is a wellknown singer in the national- and international musicindustry.
She sings on more than 60 cd's (!) Susanna worked f.e. with famous dutch artists as Rob de Nijs, Marco Borsato, Guus Meeuwis, Margriet Eshuys, Linda Wagenmakers and the dutch Idols artists.
You might not know because its a secret but Susanna is the voice behind Madhouse (a dance artist produced by Digidance) and if you pay attention you can hear Susanna's voice in many jingles on national radiostations (AVRO / NCRV / 3FM). Even Hollywood has heard of Susanna Fields because she sings the soundtrack Tabooh in the Hollywoodmovie A foreign affair.
Susanna about her CV: "Of course all these musically experiences are great and I learned a lot, but they are NOT REALLY ME! My dream was to record my own songs and rockin' on stage with my own band. So finally now my dream came true!"
For this album she wrote most of the songs with Minco Eggersman (At the close of every day / The spirit that guides us) and René de Vries (Solo). These genious guys are also producing the record. Susanna: "The first song I wrote was "Little girl", about the relationship with my parents. I recorded it in the middle of the night on the couch otherwise the next day I would have forgotten it! :)"
You can compare Susannas music with the music of f.e. popdivas like Lisa Loeb and Sheryl Crow. But its typically Susanna Fields because of her special voice combined with the catchy guitarpop and the progressive production.
Since the release last march she did concerts on dutch national radiostations and in televisionshows and she was invited by the dutch prime-minister, Jan-Peter Balkenende, to sing at the National Congress and on his private birthdayparty!Check for the latest news and photo-gallery's: www.susannafields.com
