Simmer has been kicking around for years now, and every so often, tend to get off their asses and do somehting worthwhile. The trio have a quite extensive back catalogue of material which has been recorded over the years in many a different venue, none as prestigious as the sublime Sawmill Studios which the band was lucky enough to use in 2003. This was a highlight for the band and an unforgetable experience for all three members. Chris T and Andy have both studied sound engineering in Plymouth and as such give the band the knowledge/experience to put down tracks independantly of outside help (bar the actual studio and equipment). Simmer have played countless gigs in and around their home town of Plymouth during the time the band has been together and as such have become proficient performers. Hopefully, sometime in the near(ish) future, the band will be putting on a few shows here and there and maybe even recording some new material (i said maybe!). Whatever happens, There is a certain pride which comes with creating music and this has prompted Simmers arrival on Myspace and availabilty to the world! enjoy
