The idea for Sigma Productions came about at the start of 2006. We noticed a gap in the market for a production company to work solely for the music (making actual music videos or recording live gigs) and corporate industry. Grant aided by the Offaly County Enterprise board, Sigma Productions were fully equipped by the end of 2006.
Sigma Productions are a one stop shop for your video needs. We produce, direct, shoot, edit and create discs for your project.
Sigma Productions use the new Panasonic AG-HVX200, incorporating the new P2 technology, to shoot video in High Definition. The video is then edited on the latest (at time of print) Mac Pro, with 5GB RAM, 1TB Hard Drive plus much more under the hood. The video is edited using Final Cut Pro which was used to edit Hollywood features such as Cold Mountain, Jarhead, Corpse Bride plus much more. When the video is complete we can mass produce CD's or DVD's, buring content onto the disc and printing on the face of the disc.
Sigma Productions can also work as editors for third party projects.
