About Me

Formed in 2006 by Andy (guitar and vocals), Molinari (bass) and Alves (drums), they launched their first EP, called "Gone", with five songs. This work gave them a great acceptance of the public, magazines and music critics worldwide. So, an year later, in December of 2007, they released a new single, called "Older", with two new songs and the "Older" live version recorded for the television show "12 Horas no Estúdio" exhibited by Multishow cable channel. The single has free download in the internet and the whole material of "Gone" and "Older" can be entirely checked in the official website of the band.

Formado em 2006 por Andy (guitarra e vocais), Molinari (baixo) e Alves (bateria), o The Name lançou seu primeiro EP em dezembro do mesmo ano, o EP "Gone". Com cinco músicas, eEste trabalho abriu espaço para que o grupo fosse destaque na mídia especializada. Já no final de 2007, no mês de dezembro, foi lançado o single “Older”, com 3 faixas inéditas - que contém uma versão da música “Older” gravada no quadro “12 Horas No Estúdio” do programa Trama Virtual, que foi ao ar pelo Multishow. O single e o EP "Gone" tem download gratuito pela internet, assim como as novidades, datas e outras informações podem ser conferidos na integra no site oficial da banda.
