Well , not really sure what to say here. I've been interested in metal since my older brother bought Black Sabbath's Volume 4 (the year it was released) and played it day after day ! It grew on me real quick and that was the start of it :-) By the time I was about 13 I was into Iron Maiden and Motorhead. By the age of 16 I was into Slayer , Metallica , Mercyful Fate and Venom. When I bought Bathory's 'The Return' in '85 that was it - Black Metal was the way to go and although I still love a lot of other metal (Celtic Frost , HellHammer , Hallow's Eve (Lethal Tendencies - yeah !!) and Sodom are old favorites) , I can't get through the day without listening to full on , raw Black Metal ! A couple of years ago I discovered Stalaggh and have tried to collect as much of their stuff as possible - they have an awesome sound and can easily transfer the listener to a place of absolute chaos , despair and utter hopelessness !
