The 3DoggDown Project is the musical outlet for writer, cartoonist, songwriter and World Citizen 3DoggDown.LayoutsInstead of playing sports in college as was the family plan (and my goal from age 7), I found myself bit by the music bug at age 17 and pretty much knew what I wanted to do from that point on; write and perform songs. I can't say everyone in my family was happy with my choice (especially since I wasn't very good at guitar or singing and the odds of making a living are worse than pro sports), but it was the best thing I ever did. I've written hundreds of songs since that point and besides spending time with my brilliant & beautiful lady; there is still nothing I would rather do than sing and write songs alone in a room somewhere. These five records bellow are the end of a chapter in my life. The new 3DoggDown Project record (due out in a few months) and most of my new material feels like the beginning of something new. I hope you'll come back and check it out or come see us if we get close! My music and my cartoons are about as different from each other as can be but here are a few samples of some already published toons. My first full book will be out very soon and I hope you'll check it out. Hopefully I'm not actually as big a jerk as the toons I make might have you assuming but then again I might be.All these works are (c) 2005-2007 3DoggDown Productions LLC and the Infinet Publishing House. The Art of War Cartoons, Hank & Harry, the Adventures of Droknol and Alien Visitors are all Trade Marks of 3DoggDown Productions LLC and the Infinet Publishing House. If you own a zine or paper and feel you need some Art of War in your pages you can contact me for my rates. We offer both black and white and color options as well as daily, weekly and monthly options. Here is a sample from book 2.Here is AOW's MySpace Exclusive 2This one was published in 2005. Regardless of what people think, we are not anti-Bush; we are Pro-Bushless!

My Interests

Music:

Band Website: 3doggdown.com
Influences: Days of the New, Bone Thugs, Pearl Jam, Zepplin, Sevendust, Metallica, U2, Alice in Chains, System of a Down, Pantera, Tool, Bob Dylan, Dust For Life, CCR, STP and all of the musicians I have met in the Inland Empire (Spokane, North Idaho) and Northwest over the last 8 years of playing live, especially my brothers and sisters in Downpour, Downpour 2.0, SOMA and the various projects in between. This game is a learning process and I have had some great mentors in music and in life that didn't have to sit down and share their wisdom with me but they did-and that is a major part of the fabric that makes me who I am (good or bad). Another major influence is music from around the globe, from Celtic to tribal to Asian and Middle Eastern melodies to rave music. I am also a major fan of songs in general. The major passion in my life is songwriting so anyone that sits down and writes good songs that have something to say I have much respect for. I am also influenced by people who make music sound good. I have always tinkered with home studio stuff and people like Rick Rubin, Brendan O' Brien, Terry Date, Sylvia Massey and Spokane natives Bill Nieman of Nieman Studios, Lee Stoker of Stoker Studios and Joe Varella of Black Lab Studios are but a few of the great engineers and producers that have influenced me to get better by making such great sounding records.

Politics is nothing more than the organization of hatreds.

I think Henry Adams said that, or something close to it.  The point is valid.  The Democrats are allowed to hate the Republicans, the Socialists can hate Capitalists, the an...

Random nonsense about my New Years Eve Show

Well, like I thought, I didn't say much about the bank while performing.  It's hard to talk shit without an army to back you but that is why I like music.  It's a fun way to communicate se...
