my first love is my family (click on photos to see us.. and our twin clones, hehe ;) taken dec 2005)my first passion is theatre - the directing, makeup, design, special effects, acting.. all of it.. spent most of my life BK (Before Kids ;) ) within it.. i miss it and plan to get back to it as soon as feasibly possible...//i enjoy reading, as explained.. art - sketching, some painting - acrylics mostly... and people.. i do enjoy learning about people, although i often have the urge to hermitize* myself, i find that people are intriguing and interesting..everyone has a tale, everyone has had a different life to experience... //words, i think words are powerful and fascinating... and, as well as being one of the best aphrodisiacs around...are fun to play with* (like hermitize...hehe) ;) //life, in all its glory - challenges and joys.. i feel life should be enjoyed as much as possible right here, right now... that our contentment in life is mostly our choice, our attitude..//
mark twain, he cracks me up...//however, as i've heard he's kinda cold and standoffish lately, i guess people with whom i can share laughter and fun discussions//not looking for romance on the web

i have quite an eclectic assortment of musical likes, including certain rap, metal, reggai, country songs etc... but i do enjoy a lot of the older stuff - soft rock, classic rock, jazz.... ummm soppy stuff - like 10cc and airsupply and bread... like that classification? "soppy stuff" comes right after "rock" in the musical classification section...;P//oh yeah and i love some of the Barenaked Ladies hits... ahem, YES, the group! :P

it doesn't have a space for favourite plays... well i've gotta include "the importance of being earnest" somewhere, simply because it's SO delightfully ironic...back to tv, some of the shows i currently enjoy when i remember when they're on, lol, are: Monk, House, Heroes, Ugly Betty, BSG, Psych, Little Britain, Ali G, Deal or no Deal/1 vs 100, Extreme makeover - house edition and some documentary/forensic/crime type shows when they interest me.. some of the shows i enjoy with the kids are Jimmy Neutron, SixTeen, Planet Sketch (funny), Simpsons, Fairly Oddparents.. but i can go days without watching the boobtube too, with not too many withdrawal symptoms, lol ;p (..i much prefer books)
